What we do in our lioness Classes:

Outdoor sessions are a combination of training, play, connection to nature, mindfulness practice and so much more. Think forest parkour combined with strength training, running, mindfulness and a whole lotta fabulous women. Every session is different and yet we repeat many exercises to not only build our skills and strength for certain movements, but also to re-test ourselves to check for improvement. It's thrilling to watch the improvements everyone makes week to week and month to month! 

All outdoor sessions provide the opportunity for you to connect with nature, our incredible community of women, and most importantly yourself. 

What to expect

RUNNING is part of these sessions.

Outdoor sessions have a freestyle feel to them and there is less repetition as the focus is more natural and parkour-inspired movement. There is repetition, but not what you will experience in the muscle- and mobility-building indoor sessions. 

Expect to feel your body in a way you haven't in far too long. Be prepared to trust yourself again and do things you didn't think you were capable of!

Progressions will be available for all levels.

*These are women-only, although teen girls are certainly welcome.

What To Wear + Bring

OUTDOOR TRAINING:

meet at End of the Line General Store...

Gloves are recommended on cooler days as our hands will be on the ground, cold rock, gravel, etc.. Please wear clothing you don't mind getting dirty or even ripped as this is always possible.
